Tampa Bay Little League (TBLL) is a non-profit organization and has existed in South Tampa since 1954. TBLL serves more than 600 youth annually in our community with approximately 35 baseball, softball, and T-ball teams. TBLL is chartered by Little League International of Williamsport, PA. We play in District 6 with 9 other local Hillsborough County leagues.
Tampa Bay Little League has 100% of the league's duties accomplished by volunteers! We are not paid and not always perfect but we are always committed to the best interest of the kids. It is the goal of Tampa Bay Little League to create a place where each child can excel and have fun. All players grow (athletically, physically, and mentally) at different rates. Many factors are considered when teams are assembled: the player’s age, current abilities, and level of competitiveness. At the higher levels, Minor B, Minor A, and Majors, teams are assembled in the Spring by a fair draft process, following player tryouts. The League does operate an additional season in the Fall. Please use the Divisions & Teams tab on the website for a description of the various playing levels.
There are now two options to determine where you child can play Little League. Both are determined by the League’s Boundaries Map. If your home, or your child’s school is within the TBLL boundaries then your child is eligible to play for TBLL. Proper documentation will be required during registration. Parents/legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children meet the residency requirements. 'Ineligible' players are not covered by league insurance and cannot participate in post-season play.

TBLL teams play at the Neptune Fields (located on Neptune between Lois and Manhattan), Manhattan Fields (located on S Manhattan between Estrella and Neptune), and Carol Kennedy Fields (located on S Grady between Watrous and Morrison) in South Tampa.
